About Serron Wilkie, ND

Promoting optimal health for everyone in your family

Dr. Serron Wilkie provides the full spectrum of care for a wide range of health concerns. She helps her patients restore a sense of ease, harmony and joy in their lives by creating optimal health and sustainable wellness. Patients who have not been helped by other conventional or alternative treatments often seek out Serron for relief of symptoms and deep healing.
She earned her naturopathic medical degree from The National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM), the oldest school of Naturopathic medicine in North America. There she was honored with the Nature Cure Award for embodying the principles of naturopathic medicine.

With a B.A. in Ethnobotanical studies of traditional medicinal practices from Fort Lewis College and certification from the New England School of Homeopathy, Serron has also pursued intensive study of drainage, homeopathy and hydrotherapy with a range of leaders in these fields.

Today, Dr. Wilkie studies Chinese medicine through NCNM’s classical Chinese medicine program with emphasis in the 5-Element tradition –- a system dedicated to unveiling the nature of dis-ease and geared toward restoring health and balance in body, mind, and spirit.

In service to her community, Dr. Wilkie serves as a consultant for the Foundations of Naturopathic Medicine Project [link to foundationsproject.com] and co-lead author of a chapter for the Foundations Textbook of Naturopathic Medicine.

To cultivate her own well being, Dr. Wilkie practices Qi Gong in the Jinjing Gong lineage, Iyengar style Yoga and maintains a meditation practice in the Vipassana tradition. She spends her free time outside in her garden, hiking and biking with her husband, Dr. Richard Barrett, and also enjoys good friends, fresh local food and music.
